What “BYOM” means
BYOM stands for Bring Your Own Meeting. The call runs on the presenter’s own laptop, in whatever platform they use, while the room provides the screen, camera, microphones and speakers. A wireless presenter connects the laptop to those room devices, so there is no cable to find and no room computer to log into.
